What’s changing about Wildsam Magazine?
Starting January 2026, Wildsam Magazine will become an exclusive benefit for Good Sam Club Elite Members.
If you’re already a Wildsam Magazine subscriber and a Good Sam Elite member, starting with the January 2026 issue you will automatically receive Wildsam Magazine as part of your Good Sam Elite Membership. You will receive four print issues per year and twelve digital editions delivered to your inbox. We should already have your email and address to send these to you but if you need to confirm these details please send them to [email protected] or call customer service on 866-205-7451.
If you’re a Wildsam Magazine subscriber and not a Good Sam Elite member you will be offered a free annual membership to Good Sam Elite (which has a value of $99). This will give you access to the quarterly print issues of Wildsam Magazine, twelve monthly digital editions and the range of other benefits and perks included with the Good Sam Elite membership program.
The January issue in-home date is the first week of January 2026. Before then, you will also be receiving your December 2025 digital edition by email.
Will there be any editorial changes to Wildsam Magazine?
As we head into 2026, Wildsam Magazine will bring readers a deeper focus on the RV lifestyle than ever before. The magazine is expanding its coverage of RVs and gear, with more in-depth tech and how-to articles focused on RV ownership. Writers and photographers will travel the country searching for the best campgrounds, natural spots and roadtrips to provide RVers with inspiration and intel.
What will happen to my current Wildsam Magazine subscription?
If you are a current subscriber to Wildsam Magazine, starting with the January 2026 issue you will automatically receive Wildsam Magazine as part of a Good Sam Elite Membership which will be gifted to you for one year. You will receive four print issues delivered to your home and twelve digital editions which you will receive for a year.
If you are already a Good Sam Elite member you do not need to do anything - you will receive the January 2026 print issue delivered to your home and will start receiving a monthly digital edition delivered to your email on file. Not sure which email it is? You can sign into your My Account (myaccount.goodsam.com) or contact us at 866-205-7451 for assistance. If you are a Good Sam Standard member and a current subscriber to Wildsam Magazine, your membership will be upgraded to Good Sam Elite membership for the year to ensure you receive your print and digital issues of Wildsam Magazine.
What is a Good Sam Club Elite Membership?
Wildsam is part of the Good Sam organization and is responsible for publishing to the Good Sam audience.

How can I find my Elite Membership information?
If you received a complimentary Elite Membership from your Wildsam Magazine subscription, you will be receiving an email soon that includes all your Membership information, which you can link to your My Account at myaccount.goodsam.com. If you haven’t received the email before the end of December, give us a call at 866-205-7451 and our customer service team will look up your Elite Membership account for you.
If you were already an Elite Member, your membership number and contact information stayed the same. You can find this information in your My Account or give us a call at 866-205-7451 and our customer service team can assist you.
I am a current Good Sam Elite member; do I get a special pricing on a subscription to Wildsam Magazine?
Starting January 2026, Wildsam Magazine will become a benefit for Good Sam Elite Members. By upgrading to a Good Sam Elite Member you will receive Wildsam Magazine as an added-value benefit. Visit our website for more information on the benefits of an Elite Membership - Good Sam Elite Membership
How often is Wildsam Magazine published?
Starting in 2026, Wildsam Magazine will publish four print issues per year. January, April, July and October.
There will also be 12 Digital Editions emailed exclusively to the Good Sam Loyalty Audience monthly. If you don’t have an email address or physical address on file, please add one to your account or contact customer service to ensure that you receive all your issues.
Will there be changes to THE website or the field guides? Wildsam.com will continue to publish stories about American travel, roadtrips and the outdoors and the content will continue to be freely available to all. Wildsam will also continue to publish Field Guides which are available for purchase on shop,wildsam.com.
If I receive a complimentary annual Good Sam Elite Membership because I’m a Wildsam Magazine subscriber, when will the membership end?
The annual membership to Good Sam Loyalty will start on January 1 2026 and - unless it is renewed - it will expire on December 31 2026.

How many issues are left on my subscription?
As a Wildsam Magazine subscriber you are eligible to receive four print issues and twelve digital editions in 2026. You will receive these automatically and your subscription will either end at the end of 2026 or continue when you renew your Good Sam Elite membership.
I gave a gift subscription to Wildsam Magazine, What will my recipient receive?
Gift recipients will continue to receive Wildsam Magazine. Starting with the January 2026 issue they will automatically receive Wildsam Magazine as part of a Good Sam Club Elite Membership which will be extended to them for one year.
